SRM University Delhi NCR Sonepat is the best to pursue M.Sc. Chemistry. Chemistry is all about chemicals and a mixture of chemicals, It is a very important branch of Science. We can say physics, chemistry, and maths are the three pillars of Science. Chemistry is a branch of Science that is all about chemical, chemical reaction, mixture, and effect. In chemistry, We read all chemical components and their effects if mixing with other components. We used different -different elements for analyzing and note the reactions. https://www.srmuniversity.ac.in/.

Well, it totally depends up to you where you want to go in future. If you want to get into research then, IIT Bombay/ IIT Kanpur would be a better option. And, if you want to join Civil Services, then IIT Delhi would be the best option you have. Even the IIT Madras and IIT Kharagpur are good options because of their experienced faculty members. But, if you are okay with an IITian tag only, then it won't be a big problem for you to choose.
    Hope, it helps!
