Rather than opting for electrical engineering, go for computer science engineering. It is a growing field and has a lot of opportunities as well.
Top colleges for B.Tech in CSE are:
    IIT's
    UTM, Shillong
    BIT's
    Thappar, Patiala

You can pursue Diploma in electrical engineering. It is a good option as you can start your own business after completing this course. BCA is also good if you enjoy working in computer software. Both have excellent opportunities. Do you want to sit and work at one place or you want to deal with new situations and concepts?
BCA is a good option if you are creative and innovative.

I would suggest, you should opt for electrical engineering rather than BCA. Engineering is one field where jobs never end and with a little bit of hard work, you will get better level jobs. So, if you are want to choose between the two, then opt for B.Tech in electrical engineering.
Top colleges for pursuing engineering are:
    1. IITs
    2. IITM
    3. IISC, Bangalore
    4. BITS
    5. NITs
    6. UPES, Dehradun
