Which are the good engineering colleges I may get admission?
I got 20 marks in JEE mains and 59% IN PCM.

Your 12th percentage as well as your jee ranking does not support engineering.So best for you would be to log in to some good college sites for best alternative courses of your interest . Check from RV, LPU, JCERC etc

According to your marks, it is not possible to get any chance in top university or any government college if you are looking to get enrolled.
