You can get a heavy scholarship based on 12th marks but your rank does not support you. Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI, RV

If you are in general category than you have not cleared the jee mains but if you are in others than you have cleared the jee mains it means from it you can get admission in NIT which will best for you otherwise you can apply for upes,dtu,mit,amity and there is so much colleges accepting jee mains
