Hi Anuj, The Master in Management (MIM) refers to a special type of postgraduate program that provides general management knowledge for graduates or recent graduates with no or relatively little work experience.Yes in Most of the European mim program they don't ask for a previous working experience but there are exceptions like HEC Paris,LSE and some more premier European B-schools where they generally ask for 1-2 yrs of working experience. In case of Canadian MIMs mostly all top b-schools ask for at least one year of professionalism to admit aspirants. But this professional requirement can be overshadowed if you have an exceptional academic background or a phenomenal GRE/GMAT score(sometimes) The MIM is mainly offered in Europe, but also in Asia, Australia, and Canada.MIM programs are usually internationally oriented. MIM students comprise many nationalities and the language used for teaching is English in most cases. You have to take your GRE/GMAT exam - Most school including LBS have a median score of 710. But if you have a score of 680+ and a strong profile, that gives you a fighting chance. List of good colleges offering MIM: - London Business School's - ESCP - LSE - ESSEC Business School - HEC Paris Cost:Well in Europe if you go for an MiM it costs you around 32,000- 40,000 euros ( ESCP, ESSEC,HEC) and goes upto 40,000 pounds for LBS and LSE.
