Hi Mahima,
1. NID and
2. IIT-IDC are two Government Institutes.
The competition to get in would be tremendous. There are several good Private Institutes like:
1. Arena and
2. MAAC as well.
You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not.
