Hi Rahul, Glad to know that you are so concerned about the future of your brother. But according to me, 9th class in quite a tender age to enrol into IIT JEE courses. The courses of IIT JEE are specifically designed for students who are currently in the 10+1 or 10+2 as it coincides with the syllabu
