Which are the good institutes for pursuing M.Tech environment?
I am from SC category. I have got a score of 416 in GATE CE.

Apply for IITs newer ones as there are high chances of getting there. You have a slight chance of getting Madras/Roorkee/BHU. If your category rank is under 200, then you have good chances of getting IITs.

You can check the respective IITs like what's there cut off? You can get into some good IITs.
