Which are the good institutes I may get admission for banking and finance course?

I have completed SSC in 2005 with 55%, 10+2 in 2007 with 76.8% and Graduate in 2010 with 65%. I want join private bank jobs through institutes.But the elgibility of age less than 26 yrs. I am 26yrs 20 days.Can anyone give me alternate solution or other institute consider more than 26 yrs.
