Which are the good institutes I may get admission with 61 percentile in MAT?

I have secured 72% in my class X exam ,73% in XII (commerce) ,51% in B.com from Lucknow university.

I would say try for another year, mat doesnt have good bschool, try to write cmat,cat next year
