Which are the good institutes in Germany for pursuing electrical engineering?

Hello Arnab,
The TU9 universities in Germany are the best ones like TU Berlin, TU Munich to name a few. RWTH Aachen, University of Stuttgart, etc. are leading ones.

DSH is more important, if you are applying for an undergraduate program, if the specific program is taught in German. IELTS on the other hand is a primary requirement. It is always a good idea to learn the local language.
