There are not much online script writing courses. Some to mention. Digital Academy- The Film School, Mumbai, R.K. Films and media academy, Delhi.
I would recommend you to check the credentials before joining any of the online courses

Shivendra, the best way to learn script writing is to read Scriptwriting and Screenwriting books by Syd Fields and build yourself. I myself have read these to prepare myself and found them very useful. Wish you the best for your career.
