Which are the good institutes to pursue B.Tech environment engineering through distance?
I have a work experience of 7 years in the field of Health, Safety & Environment. I have done a 3 year diploma in IT in 2007.

I will recommend you SKIET. It is good to pursue graduate and post-graduate professional courses through regular or distance learning. Among the other colleges, it ranks as one of the best engineering colleges in Haryana, India.

B.Tech in some similar fields are available in IGNOU. but for engineering regular course is preferable.
