Which are the good institutes to pursue B.Tech in civil engineering along with job?

Completed X with 81% in 2010 from Assam Completed diploma in civil engineering with 78% in 2013 from Assam Now i am working in a pvt company in Assam n i want to complete my b tech simultaneously by working. where should i look for so dat i get both work and btech?
