Telecom Management is a very narrow vertical to specialise on. Few Institutes like NIILM-CMS Offers it.

I really dont know why you want to restrict yourself to telecom sector when you have plenty of good option. For sure there will not be major changes or increase in demand for telecom sector for another 5-7 years. Think wisely.
