Which are the good MBA colleges I may get admission with 18.32 percentile in CAT and 40.83 percentile in MAT?

I have done B.Tech. in CSE.

    You won't be able to get good colleges. There are some colleges, which conduct their own entrance exam.

    It is not possible to get admission in a good college with this score, you must prepare for CAT.

    If you want to get admission this year then you can give MAT, May and try to improve your score so that you can apply in good colleges.

    It will be difficult to get admission in MBA colleges at this score. You can try again this year and try to improve your CAT score. Score 85 percentile is a good score to get top B-Schools of India.
