We have three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering offered by polytechnic colleges. B Tech in Mechanical Engineering is called an evergreen branch. There are post graduate specialisations for M Tech such as Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Machine Design, Energy Management, Nano Technology etc. Certification courses in Mechanical Engineering might include CAD,CAM courses, Quality and Piping related courses and so on.
