Which are the good NITs I may get admission for ECE branch?
I got 119. Marks in jee mains and 97% in ap state inter board .obc category.

Not much can be relied on the score you have got in your JEE but you can obtain a high scholarship based on your 12th score. Log in to sites like BITs, JNTU, LPU etc to check academic schemes.
