There might be many but I will advise you to join that college which is ICAR. LPU is the only private university which is ICAR recognised. My cousin is studying at Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good, so I would say LPU is best private University for B.Sc. (Hons)agriculture. School of Agricultural sciences is one of the fastest growing school of Agriculture in the entire region and India. It is being rated as among Punjab and India's Best Agriculture colleges. Students are exposed to Commercial farms to get know-how that create an opportunity for students to engage and tone up their endurance, confidence and management skills. LPU provides different classes for placements which helps in grooming. Students are trained in Aptitude, Reasoning, free preparation for government Exams, Soft Skills and language training, Interview skills right from the 1st year, continuously for 2/3/4 ( duration of course) years till they get the job. The university has well-equipped laboratories, library, lecture rooms and excellent farm facility to conduct agricultural experiments.
