Which are the good recognized colleges offering engineering through distance mode?

Distance Engineering Courses at present are not recognised by any body, even DEC. Many people prefer AMIE, AMIETE, AMIME, AMAeSI etc. as they are professional memberships offered by competent bodies and are considered equivalent to B Tech/BE in industry. Lets hope for revised norms to take its due c
