Hi Mamatha, Demand of organic chemistry candidates is there in almost all industries such as rubber, plastics, fuel, pharmaceutical, cosmetics,detergent, coatings, dyestuffs, and agrichemicals industries.You could do Ph.D,Later continue with research. Chemical research is rapidly advancing in India
