Which are the good universities I may get admission for PhD in commerce through distance?
Most of the Phd eligibility says 55% but i have only 54% in M.Com.

Dear Rameez Shah, you can pursue Ph.D in commerce and allied subjects like management. However P.hD can be completed through regular program or as a part time program. Distance program in Mphil and PhD has been banned by UGC since 2010.
In case you have less than 55% look out for private university offering PhD program as most of state and Central university demand 55% in Post Graduation -

Minimum eligibility for PhD is post graduation degree in the respective subject from any recognized university, with a Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Some institute might have some additional criteria like 2-3 years' post qualification full time relevant work experience in executive capacity, 55 % marks or equivalent CGPA at PG level, entrance test etc. Some of the institutes require GATE/NET for PhD.
