Hi,
It is hard to pin point, every university in Germany is world-class. Some more popular ones for medicine are:
1. Heidelberg University.
2. Rwth Aachen University.
3. Lbeck University.
4. Witten/Herdecke University.
5. Freiburg University and
6. Leipzig University.
