Which are the good universities offering B.Tech food technology through distance?

B.Tech is not offered in Distance. All the technical courses must be approved by AICTE.
I suggest you to do it regular.For B.Tech in Food Processing, top institutes in our country are after IITs and NITs are:
Guru Nanak Dev University
MIT College of Food Technology, Pune
