Hi,
* To pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil with minimum 55%. You need to sit for an entrance exam. Below is the list of some of the PhD entrance exams :
-UGC NET exam
-Symbiosis PhD Entrance Examination
-AIMA PhD Entrance Exam
-JNU PhD Entrance Exam
-Alagappa University PhD Entrance

Generally all Universities have PhD course for Architecture and Town Planning. I would suggest you to approach your local University
