Which are the good universities should I apply for MS? How to get a scholarship for the same?
I am a civil engineering student with 7.08 CGPA till 6th semester.

Which country are you interested in and which subject?
Scholarships are merit-based, given by the universities to the admitted students with high academic standing and a strong (overall) profile.
