You 12th marks are good, but your rank is not so good to get into IITs. I recommend you to look for NIT's, Thapar, GNDu and beside this check admission in Lovely professional University, BITS,. they provide good scholarship schemes, i think as per your marks you have to pay only minimum fee. For mo
