U should regularly visit the official website of JEE and check the counseling schedules. There are very less chances of getting admission in IITs or IITs. It may be that in 2nd or 3rd phase u will get chance there become chances to crack govt. college. otherwise there are certain private institutes/

No u can apply for private colleges like - LPU , chikara university, rayat bahara, etc.
