Which are the government colleges I may get admission with 16000 rank in JEE advance?

I am really sorry buddy but you cant get admission to any iits or ism or iist or rajiv gandhi petroleum uni. these are the only colleges taking admission through jee advance. but dnt get disheartened my best wishes with you
