Which are the hotel management I can get admission?
I have appeared HS recently from a state board. The percentage scored here is quite less.

There's no such requirement of marks in hotel management. You should clear your class 12th with at least 40% with English as one subject. You just have to appear for an entrance exam for getting admission.
