    Dear Vinisha, You can do 1 year Diploma programme which is Diploma in food production. The eligibility is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with English) or equivalent. LPU is offering this programme.     Yes, you can do Diploma after class 10th, but there is a limitation.
    You will not get the chances everywhere in India. Sometimes some organizations give special offers to do a course of craftsman in food and beverages after 10th, but most of the institutes offer a Diploma course after 12th.
    A Diploma in hotel management will be of 1 and half year duration.
    The fee structure will be around Rs. 15,000/-.
    So I would suggest you that instead of doing a Diploma after 10th (which is also not a proper Diploma course, it is a craftsman course), you should complete your 12th first.
    Then you can do Diploma or Bachelors in hotel management.
