i have had done B . COM IN YEAR 1999 , I AM NOT GETTING RIGHT JOB , I HAVE EXPERENCE IN FINANCE & TAXATION , I WANT TO MBA IN FINANCE AND H.R , PLS SUGGEST ME ONE YEAR COURSE SO I CAN GET GOOD SALARY .

pratik as you asked for one year courses better option will be go for Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).Its one year course & after doing this course you will get good salary & after doing this course you can go for MBA & the duration of MBA will be 1year for you.
