Hi Pinky, as rightly said by the experts, there are several companies which are interested in hiring professionals. As the eligibility for different posts differs from one post to another. So, I would advice you to first inquire about the eligibility for the post you wish to apply. Hope this helps. Please feel free to raise more queries otherwise you may close the question by liking it or marking it as the best answer. All the best!

    Hi Pinky,
There are several IT and non IT companies which hire IT professional and freshers and as rightly expressed by Rex_B you need to develop a strong CV which enables to display your talent, area of strengths and based on which you can then prove your worth.
The eligibility to apply for a job in any company shall differ depending on the designation, qualification and other affecting factors, and it would not be fair to compare or comment on the same.
    All the Best!
