    BBA is a good option for you, but some universities provide BMS courses too. You can then proceed to do an MBA after your graduation.

    Management does not have any specialisation at 10+2 you may pursue 5 years integrated MBA offered by IIM as well as NMIMS. For NMIMS course, you need to apply through NPAT and last date is 3oth March.
    If you are not looking for 5 years course, you should pursue BBA/ BMS from Symbiosis Pune, NMIMS, K J Somaiya Mumbai and such other reputed B school. Just a management graduation may not help you for higher position. You should aim for PGPM as mentioned above.
