Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation. The key features of the M.A. In HRM &amp; LR at TISS, Mumbai, what differentiates it from a general MBA in HR are: There is much of field study and practical study than theory, unlike a normal MBA in HR.
