Hello dear, in Pune you can opt for Symbiosis, Christ University, ASM college, Xavier Institute.there are many good colleges but you should look for the college according to the faculty, placements and your scores obviously.
In Delhi too, you will get many institutes like IIFT, IMI, IIFM.

A MAT score will not help you make it to the top 30 B Schools in India. You should look at doing well either in the CAT or GMAT exam -

If you are interested in hospital and health management then visit IIHMR.org. -
It's almost impossible to find good colleges with your MAT score. I would recommend you to take the CMAT and CAT exam as well. -
