Which are the MBA institutes in south India I may get admission with 50 percentile in CAT?
I am an engineering graduate with 68.75% marks and 6 month work experience.

Honestly speeking I don't think with this percentile you would be able to get in to any reputed bschool. I don't have any intention to disappoint you but this is your career so you've have to face the reality. Instead of wasting two years in an average MBA school It would be better to try again for
