As far as I know, there are a lot of govt. colleges in Hyderabad whose fee structure is very low that any one can afford. JNTU is a very good govt. engineering college in Hyderabad. Its annual fees is around 10-20k. It's a good and reputed college with low fees. -

For doing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering where the fees are minimum and the Institutes are reputed are only Government Engineering Colleges.
