Which are the most affordable and reputed colleges in Hyderabad for doing B.Tech (CSE)?

As far as I know, there are a lot of govt. colleges in Hyderabad whose fee structure is very low that any one can afford. JNTU is a very good govt. engineering college in Hyderabad. Its annual fees is around 10-20k. It's a good and reputed college with low fees.

I haven't appeared for any entrance exam and my marks are 51% (JAC).

For doing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering where the fees are minimum and the Institutes are reputed are only Government Engineering Colleges.
