Here are some of the lowest-cost engineering colleges in India:
Jadavpur University, Kolkata
Annual Charges: 10,000 to 20,000
This is one of the prominent public colleges for engineering.
COEP, Maharashtra
Annual Charges: 9,900 to 15,000
