Dear Adarsh, Admission for MBBS in Russia have begun. Eligibility of admission: 12th PCB with 50% and qualifying score in NEET 2019. To know fee structure of some universities please check the link here:

You need to be careful in choosing the University as some of the low-cost universities are bilingual even though they are in MCI list.
