    Hello,
    Company Secretary Preparation requires dedication, focus and a proper plan to be followed in a systematic manner in order to score well. It is always advisable to divide the syllabus in number of short goals to be achieved in a specified time interval.
    Let's talk about particular subjects that can help you in clearing this exam:
    Company Law: This is one of the most important subject of this course and is very important
    Economic and Commercial Laws: The subject is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. It is always safe to prepare for Part B first, as there are few chapters in this part and bit easy as compared to Part A.

    Hi,
    I will provide some tips which we have applied in StudyPlan (New Page) for those who are starting preparation from tomorrow (Getting exemption in this short span is not easy)
    Objective type Subjects: So Just read the summaries in each chapter for every subject Or Chapter in glance from Scanners
    While in Exams: Due to negative marks in Objective Subjects
    Step 1: First attempt Only the 100% known Answers
    Step 2:
    (I) If your Count is Greater than or equal to 80 Then write remaining 20 too, because you will lose only five marks
    (II) If you Count is Greater than or equal to 40-60 marks, better Don't try to attempt remaining Questions
