Hello, Company Secretary Preparation requires dedication, focus and a proper plan to be followed in a systematic manner in order to score well. Let’s talk about particular subjects that can help you in clearing this exam: Company Law: This is one of the most important subject of this course and is very important Economic and Commercial Laws: The subject is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. It is always safe to prepare for Part B first, as there are few chapters in this part and bit easy as compared to Part A. Cost Accounts: Try to study practicals and keep revising the subjects one you proceed further. Its safe to cover the concepts and start solving questions from books available in the market. Taxation: Practical covered under concept of OMR system are very scoring and one can score as 100/100 in practical. So be focused and best of luck.

Hi, I will provide some tips which we have applied in StudyPlan (New Page) for those who are starting preparation from tomorrow (Getting exemption in this short span is not easy) Objective type Subjects: So Just read the summaries in each chapter for every subject Or Chapter in glance from Scanners While in Exams: Due to negative marks in Objective Subjects Step 1: First attempt Only the 100% known Answers Step 2: (I) If your Count is Greater than or equal to 80 Then write remaining 20 too, because you will lose only five marks (II) If you Count is Greater than or equal to 40-60 marks, better Don't try to attempt remaining Questions (III) If you are not prepared well and know the result of remaining papers, then attempt 100 Questions Theory subjects: 1.Identify the important question's by analysing the scanners from each lesson (Repeated & Most Important) 2. Download last two years Question papers from official site (ICSI) and exclude it from step1 3. For law, SEBI, subjects (just mug up few sections and case laws) 4. Now Read Summaries from each chapter Or Chapter in glance from Scanners (Very Very Important) While in Exams: (I) Try to answer the best Known Answer (I Know this is timeworn one) (II) Now try to respond to the questions from summaries which is up to 3 lines for everyone Mark question (III) Answer all the questions except choice. I know this is not board exams, where we write and get marks. Here am not explaining to write stories instead try to write related answers from summaries with your extra super brain.
