BIT Sindri offers two-year MTech programme at the PG level. Candidates who have completed graduation are eligible to apply for MTech. The institute offers MTech in five major specialisations, namely:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engine
