Which are the networking companies who consider B.Tech students below 60% having CCNE and MCSE certifications

Hi...I am doing my B.tech final year(CSE).My agregate is below 60%,I have done CCNA & MCSE certifications,are there any networking companies which will concider graduates with below 60%???
