There are several avenues, one can seek to prepare for CAT. But, the issue with online platform is the lack of regularity. So, I would advise classroom coaching. If someone is working, they may opt for weekend classes. I too prepared via combination of online and offline coaching. What helped me secure 98 percentile in my CAT were
    1. Facebook CAT preparation groups. They are easy to have a quick idea of the questions. The group was very active and helped me get a high level view of the variety of questions that one can encounter. Also, several top scorers were moderating the group ensuring a good set of questions.

CAT exams are difficult to crack. So, proper preparation is very important. I don't think online coaching can do anything beneficial for you.
Some online website which offer online coaching are:
    1. CL
    2. TIME
These three are the best online coaching platform for CAT. CAT coaching is very beneficial, if you do it in class. A lot students who do CAT Coaching from TIME is getting seats in IIMS. CAT coaching emphasis on lot of factors like:
    1. Quantitative aptitude
    2. Logical reasoning
    3. General awareness
    4. Comprehension
    5. Verbs and tenses
    6. Mathematical analysis.
So, I suggest you to go with class room session instead of spending time on online

All the exams solutions will be discussed by expert faculty. I used a free account and was able to access most of the modules. Getting into the MBA programme of NIT Trichy with a 300 SC CAT rank is somewhat uncertain. As the recent data sets suggest, NIT Trichy's CAT cutoff for SC category admission stands around 65th percentile. A 300 SC rank could be borderline depending on how many SC candidates apply and the quality of the overall candidate pool.
In CAT marks terms, to reach around the 300 SC rank, you'd likely need a CAT percentile of 65–70, which roughly translates to a CAT score of about 60–65 out of 198, assuming the normalization and difficulty remain similar.
However, final admission also depends on other factors like your academic profile, w
