Which are the options I can get into to get a good career growth after a diploma in Chemical Engineering and 8 years of work experience?
Hi, I have completed my Diploma in Chemical Engg in 2002 and since then working in IT field. I am further looking for doing MBA or any other professional program which can upgrade my resume to a good extent. Kindly let me know the options.

You do have the option, of doing your MBA in Information Technology. Since you have been working in the IT field, you can also look at specific training programs, which will help you add value, to your resume, and also upgrade your skill sets.
