Which are the part time and Distance courses available for me in mechanical stream and equivalent to BE?
I have completed BE CS in 2007.

AMIME from Institution of Mechanical Engineers and AMIE offered by Institution of Engineers are good choices. IIIE offers equivalent courses in Industrial Engineering as well.
