Both the institutes, that you have mentioned are good institutes to pursue GATE coaching, both of these institutes have good faculty.
To know more about these institutes, it would be advisable to personally visit these institutes, and talk to students who are already studying there, you can take their feed back regarding teaching methodology, class timing etc, all this will surely help you to make decision regarding which institute to join.
