You can apply for Manipal University. If your family income is low then you will not be asked for the fees.

manipal me admission mil Sakta h kya? my father's income is less than 4 lac!!! What are the options available?

You can try for Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur and its annual fee is Rs 80,000.
