Well both the options are good and it entirely will depend on your interest and the kind of curriculum that is been offered by these institutes.
There are many institutes other than the mentioned, which are offering Embedded systems and to know about these you may refer to the following

hi swetha welcome to shiksha,and ur askng about colleges in bangloore offering embedded studies first i want to tell one thing to u placements assistance is in every college but the job are not getting to the students who are studying there because it is mostly based on ur caliber and personel skill
