Which are the reputed institutes offering M.Sc (Biotechnology) in India

Currently i am doing 2nd yr BSc in BIOTECHNOLOGY in bangalore and i wish to pursue MSc BIOTECHNOLOGY in any part of India.But i would like to know if there are good colleges supporting this.because i heard doing MSc biotech in India is not tat worth like in abroad.I am very confused.
